1.    Please find attached documentation that is required for a South African visa application as well as a copy of the visa application form.

2.    Please find below the bank details where the applicants can do an international electronic funds transfer in the sum of Euros 30.00 for each visa (note that we have to receive that exact amount of money on our account). Please  indicate “the purpose of payment - consular fees for (insert name and surname)

Please send with your documents or email to us proof of payment immediately after transfer is affected. Please also be informed that processing time of your application depends on how fast we receive the payment.

3.    From past experience, we have noticed that many courier companies do not handle passports. We therefore recommend to use of UPS in Georgia, Armenia and Moldova to arrange the courier service. Please note that the courier has to have a courier ID and an invoice in order to receive the documents.

4.    The application must be delivered to:-
