Dear Sopo,
Please be informed that WHO Barcelona Office will send the van to pick GEO Delegation at the airport upon arrival. The driver will have a sign: “Georgia Ministry of Health Delegation”.
As the driver is to be informed where to drop GEO Delegation, please send us the name of the Hotel. Please be also informed that it is planned to pick you up on Tuesday morning at the hotel at 09:35.
I will check if the van will be available for departure as well and inform you, so you could coordinate with GEO Consulate accordingly.
As two lunches and one dinner will be provided by WHO, could you please advise if there are any special dietary requirements (vegetarian, diabetic, celiac, etc…).
Looking forward to receiving your reply on Hotel address and dietary requirements at your earliest convenience.
