Dear Triin, Hope you are doing well. I checked with SSA representative regarding your request. SSA do not have any of above mentioned documents (strategy or development plan, any other reports (by World Bank, EU etc) that describe SSA's functions and there is no SSA's function defined law which is the basis for statute). Please contact me if you have additional questions/requests. Looking forward for the meeting! Do we understand correctly that there is no strategy or development plan for the SSA? Also, are SSA's function defined in some law as well which is the basis for statute? If yes then could you please share that. And just checking if there are any other reports available (by World Bank, EU etc) that describe SSA's functions? Thank you for all your support and looking forward to meet you in next week! Triin > On 27 Oct 2017, at 17:37, HABICHT, Triin wrote: > > Dear Sopo, > > Thank you for this! In August during our meeting you encouraged us to start to work before the mission and kindly offered opportunity that also SSA could start to work with us earlier. Keeping that in mind our leading consultant Dr Andres Rannamäe (in CC) has identified the list of information (see below) that would help him better understand existing structures and practices before the mission. >> >> At this stage, it would be good if somebody (from SSA?) could just put this information together and its very good if something is available in English but it can be also in Georgian.
